After a temporary disturbance, we will see weak high pressure from Friday to Sunday. Low pressure areas and their frontal systems will remain at a distance, so we will enjoy mostly pleasant and quite sunny weather. Temperatures will be only moderately cold, with slight above-freezing temperatures possible during the day when the sun is shining. At the beginning of next week, temperatures will rise more significantly as a stronger southerly foehn will pick up in the mountains. This will bring mild air from the western Mediterranean region, with the frost line rising noticeably to around 2000 meters above sea level. On Monday, the air will remain very dry, with sunshine generally dominating the weather. On Tuesday, the southerly foehn will remain very strong, but will continue to bring mostly harmless clouds. Only on the main Alpine ridge can light precipitation no longer be ruled out.
