Behind a cold front that will cross us during the night on Tuesday, changeable and unstable northwesterly conditions will develop on Tuesday itself and on Wednesday. This will not only cause shower clouds to accumulate in the mountains but also allow another surge of wintry cold air to flow in. The showers will mainly be concentrated on the northern edge of the Alps and generally along the mountains. The snow line will once again settle in low-lying valleys. A high-pressure system will prevail in our region on Thursday. Residual cloud resembling high fog will soon give way to bright sunshine. The fine weather will continue on Friday. There will also be a temporary significant rise in temperature. The frost line will rise to around 2000 meters above sea level. A cold front with slightly colder air and some showers could then return on the weekend.
