Arrival & Departure

Our rooms are available for check-in from 2:00 pm on your day of arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 10:00 am on your day of departure.

Rates & discounts for children

• Children 0-3 years € 0,-
• Children 4-6 years € 85,-
• Children 7-15 years € 105,-
• Children 16 years and older € 130,-

valid for the year 2023/2024

Pets only by prior arrangement

Pets are allowed in our rooms for a surcharge of € 30.00 per day (excluding pet food).
Pets are not permitted in our stone pine rooms, as well as in the dining area, garden and pool area.

Payment conditions

Please pay for your stay no later than on your day of departure. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and EC cards.

Cancellation

The General Terms & conditions of the Austrian hotel industry shall apply.

In short:

Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation.
3 to 1 months before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
1 week before arrival or less: 90 % cancellation fee

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend buying adequate travel cancellation insurance with the 
Europäische Reiseversicherung.
