Tyrolean and Austrian cuisine served with pride
To cater to the needs of our health-conscious and sporty spa holiday guests, we have developed a special concept for our cuisine. We serve a modern and lighter variation of traditional hearty Tyrolean dishes. Our chef Klaus Böck predominantly uses fresh, quality, locally sourced ingredients to conjure up Tyrolean as well as international specialities.
Seasonal ingredients like asparagus, mushrooms, venison and fish often provide inspiration for new culinary creations. Most of our red and white wines are from Austria, but we also serve international wines.
