The Posthotel Kassl restaurant has been awarded the “Bewusst Tirol” quality seal. Our chef Klaus Böck sources most of our fresh quality products locally from Tyrolean farmers and from our own fishery. With his team, he conjures up exquisite Tyrolean specialties such as mountain lamb, venison, veal, trout and Tyrolean grey cheese soup.

Our authentic Tyrolean cuisine is light and wholesome. We pay great attention to retaining the original authentic character of each recipe. Our restaurant also serves international cuisine and wines. Most of our wines, however, are from Austria.

We are taking a short break and will reopen for the summer season starting May 12, 2026.
